Professional Barista Course in Yangon & Chiang Mai

YP Education runs a Professional Barista Course that trains you in the art and science of coffee, from bean to brew, with hands-on practice on real espresso equipment under experienced trainers. The course runs at our Botahtaung (Yangon) campus and our Chiang Mai campus, with both weekday and weekend class options.

  • Espresso extraction, dialing in grind size, and machine calibration
  • Milk steaming and latte art (hearts, rosettas, tulips)
  • Manual brewing methods (pour-over, French press, cold brew)
  • Coffee bean origins, roast profiles, and cupping/tasting

  • Costing, inventory, and running a coffee bar or cafe station
