We're Looking For a Barista Trainer Who Will:
Deliver hands-on training covering everything from coffee theory and bean sourcing to advanced espresso techniques and latte art.
Develop and refine curriculum to meet the highest industry standards and adapt to local market trends.
Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment for students of all skill levels.
Manage and maintain the coffee training facilities, including professional-grade espresso machines and brewing equipment.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they are career-ready upon graduation.
Stay current with the latest coffee industry trends, techniques, and innovations.
What You Bring to the Role:
Proven experience as a senior barista, head barista, or coffee shop manager.
Demonstrable teaching, training, or coaching experience is essential. You must love sharing your knowledge with others. You need to follow and participate our academic plans.
A deep and extensive knowledge of coffee, including origins, processing methods, brewing science, and sensory skills.
Exceptional skills in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. (You need to show your presentation skills)
An energetic, passionate, and patient personality.
Language- Myanmar, English
