Ans:

“ကျွန်မအတွက် Hospitality ဆိုတာက ဧည့်သည်တွေအပေါ် စိတ်ပူစရာမရှိအောင် အကြင်နာဆုံး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးတာပါ။ YP Education မှာ သင်တန်းတက်နေစဉ် Guest Handling, Service Standards ပိုင်းတွေကို သေချာလေ့လာခဲ့ပြီး လက်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံတွေလည်း ရရှိထားပါတယ်။ အေးချမ်းပြီး သက်တောင့်သက်သာဖြစ်စေဖို့အတွက် အကောင်းဆုံးသဘောထားနဲ့ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးတာကိုဆိုလိုပါတယ်။”

Q1: What does hospitality mean to you?

Ans:

“To me, hospitality means making guests feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. At YP Education, I’ve learned about guest handling and service standards through theory and practice. It’s about providing thoughtful service with a positive attitude and creating a pleasant experience for every guest.”

Q2: မင်းအလုပ်လုပ်ဖူးတဲ့အတွေ့အကြုံရှိလား?

Ans:

“အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနေနဲ့တော့ ကျွန်မကသင်တန်းတက်ချိန်အတွင်းမှာလည်း လက်တွေ့လေ့ကျင့်မှုတွေအပြင် Roleplay နဲ့ Customer interaction နဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ Discussion အမျိုးမျိုးကို လုပ်ဆောင်ဖူးပါတယ်။ ဒီအတွေ့အကြုံတွေက လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ ကြုံလာနိုင်တဲ့အခက်အခဲတွေကို ကြိုတင်သိပြီးဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ဖို့ အထောက်အကူဖြစ်ပေးပါတယ်။”

Q2: Do you have any previous work experience?

Ans:

“I haven’t worked full-time yet, but I gained practical experience at YP Education during my training. I participated in roleplays and real customer service discussions . These experiences helped me understand the challenges of the industry and how to handle them effectively.”

Ans:

“အဖွဲ့လိုက်အလုပ်လုပ်ဖူးတဲ့အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါတယ်။ YP Education လို Training Class တွေမှာ Group Projects တွေနဲ့ တာဝန်ခွဲဝေမှုနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီးအတွေ့အကြုံတွေယူဖူးတာကြောင့် Teamwork ကို နားလည်ပြီး ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Hospitality ကဲ့သို့သောလုပ်ငန်းတွေမှာတော့ Teamwork က အရေးကြီးတဲ့အရာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။”

Ans:

“Yes, I can. During my training at YP Education, I worked on group projects and learned how to cooperate, communicate, and share responsibilities. I understand that teamwork is essential in the hospitality industry and I enjoy supporting my team to achieve shared goals.”

Ans:

“ကျွန်မကအမြဲတမ်း သင်ယူနေချင်တဲ့သူဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဘယ်အချိန်မှာမဆို Feedback တွေလက်ခံနားထောင်ခြင်းနဲ့ တိုးတက်မှုအတွက် ပြင်ဆင် ကြိုးစားတဲ့အလေ့အထရှိပါတယ်။ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာလည်း Supervisor တွေဆီကအကြံပြုချက်တွေအပေါ် အလေးထားပြီး ပြုပြင်တိုးတက်နိုင်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားပါမယ်။”

Q4: How do you plan to improve yourself in this job?

Ans:

“I’m always eager to learn and improve.Every time , I developed the habit of accepting feedback and using it to grow. In the workplace, I’ll continue to listen to my supervisors, apply what I’ve learned, and keep improving through practice and experience.”

"I would first listen carefully to understand the guest’s concern, then sincerely apologize to show empathy. Next, I’d offer a practical solution like replacing a delayed meal with a complimentary drink or dish while ensuring they feel valued."
